Before You Exchange

Timeframe
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After that window, all sales are final and no requests will be accomodated. -
Single Exchange Policy
You may exchange each item once per order. Once a pickup is canceled for any reason, please reach out to us immediately at raosatecom@gmail.com -
Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send out your replacement. Please allow extra time for Quality Control checks. -
Stock Availability
If your requested style or colour is sold out, we’ll help you choose an alternative product or shade.
How It Works

Pickup: You will receive an email about the details of the pickup after the exchange has been initated

Hand-Off: Please hand only the item(s) you wish to exchange to the delivery partner—and remember to accept their call when they arrive!

Inspection & Re-Ship: Once we’ve received your return and confirmed it’s in original condition, we’ll dispatch your new order and notify you by email.

Exchanges & Price Adjustments
If you need to swap for an item of different value, please email us at raosatecom@gmail.com. We’ll work out any price difference and respond within 24 business hours.
